[Problem] Hostmonster.com

Hallo,

ich hab schon seit einer ganzen Weile meine Webseite bei Hostmonster.com und hatte bis Heute noch nie Probleme damit.

Mein einziges Problem ist, dass ich nicht so besonders in Englisch bin.

Am 19.03.2011 hab ich aber folgendes E-Mail von denen bekommen.

As a non-European Union (E.U.) supplier of web-hosting services to customers in the (E.U.), we are required to comply with the European VAT (Value Added Tax) regulations by charging VAT to customers located in the E.U.

Customers categorized as Business users in the E.U. may be required to pay the VAT seperately on any fees for our web-hosting services under EC Directive 2006/112, Art 196 using the reverse charge mechanism.* In order for us to determine whether you are exempt from the VAT charge, we need to collect some information from you.

so you won't automatically be charged for the VAT fee.

Was ich aber erst mal nicht weiter beachtet habe, bis ich heute folgendes E-Mail bekommen hab wo durch auch mein Account gesperrt wurde.
Daraufhin hab ich erst mal bei VAT Information mich als personal eingetragen, was im ersten E-Mail gefordert wurde.

Daraus werde ich leider nicht ganz Schlau.
Ich verstehe nur so viel das mein Account durch einen Verstoß der AGB deaktiviert wurden ist, hab aber jetzt eine Weile nichts dran gemacht, meine Seite ist auch nicht besonders aktiv, weshalb ich das nicht Verstehe.

Wie soll ich jetzt darauf reagieren.
Weiter lese ich raus das meine Daten noch für 10 Tage zur Verfügung stehen und danach gelöscht werden.

Wenn ich das richtig verstehe haben die beiden Schreiben nichts miteinander zu tun.
Das erste informiert Dich darüber, dass die monsterhosting.com VAT = value added tex = Umsatzsteuer einziehen muss.

Wenn Deine Seite keinen Umsatz generiert betrifft Dich das nicht.

Die zweite Mail besagt, dass Deine Seite Leistungsprobleme beim Hoster verursacht hat und deshalb gesperrt wird.

Wenn Du denkst, dass Du dich an deren Terms of Service, also deren AGBs, gehalten hast und die Abschaltung fälschlicherweise vorgenommen wurde sollst Du deren Servicenummer anrufen und die 5 drücken.

Jo, so sehe ich das auch. Ich würde die anschreiben oder anrufen und fragen gegen welchen Punkt du genau verstoßen hast und das du dir dessen nicht bewusst bist/warst.

Im ersten Schreiben geht eigentlich hervor das sie die VAT automatisch von dir einziehen bzw. per Rechnung verlangen also sollte beides unabhängig voneinander sein.

VAT ist in Deutschland 19%.

OK Danke, hab dort mal hingeschrieben das ich seit Wochen nicht an meiner Seite gearbeitet habe und mir keiner Schuld bewusst bin und die mir mal bitte den Punkt aus der AGB nennen.
Hoffe nur die können mein Englisch lesen.

EDIT: Hab soeben eine Antwort bekommen.

It appears your account was negatively impacting our server because on the database named oldgames_test there seems to be a constant string of spam comments that are being added. You'll need to clear these from your database then set up some security in your site to either remove comments or secure them from spamming. Once you've fixed the account, let us know so we can note it and reactivate it for you.

Jetzt hab ich jedenfalls einen Anhaltspunkt um das Problem zu beheben.
Ist bestimmt das Newssystem, von meiner Seite.
Bin noch nicht dazugekommen einen Spamschutz einzubauen und jetzt haben sich irgendwelche Spambots breit gemacht.

Muss ich jetzt schnellstes abändern.
