The set includes:

Fallout 3 Hand Puppet -
The rare Fallout 3 hand-puppet given away at PAX 2008. This puppet was made in the likeness of the puppet from the series of 12 comics made by penny arcade featuring Vault 77. You can find these comics Here. These puppets where given out at PAX 2008 in exchange for the "Desktop Fat man" card given out at the Fallout 3 booth. Just under 2500 of these where made!

Desktop Fat Man Card -
These where given out at the Fallout 3 booth at PAX 2008 and where used as an exchange for the Vault Boy Puppet.

PAX Reminder Card -
These cards where handed out at PAX 2008 to remind people to stop by the Fallout 3 stand.

Vault Dweller's Survivor Guide -
A small 50 page booklet given out to people at the Fallout 3 booth at PAX 2008. This little book is a pretty fun read.

Fallout 3 Postcard -
Sort of a viral marketing postcard thing.
*NOTE: Apparently this is from the game Resistance 2. Not related to Fallout 3, but will still include!*
