Gottseidank konnte ich die Funktion "Daten beibehalten" auswählen. Somit musste ich nicht alles neu konfigurieren.
Ich warte erst mal ab, bevor ich an der Größe meiner Wiederherstellungspartition herumschraube. Microsoft fixt irgendwann bestimmt diesen Fehler. Daß mit diesem Sicherheitsupdate Probleme entstehen können, steht jetzt auch auf der Informationsseite:
