MB4: Another Megabuild release, based on DOSBox CVS of 2008/09/02.

Modifications in the build:
* Try not to exit on unsupported fullscreen mode
* [new] \\a bell support
* [new] Soundblaster reset fixes for demos using STMIK
* [new] Make the cycles 'fixed' expression optional
* [new] Add the 'IMGMAKE' command (creates disk images)
* [new] Make vgaonly features availible to other graphics cards - see [render]
* Add DATE and TIME commands, midnight overflow, and [updated] host time synchronization
* NE2000 Ethernet passthrough
* [updated] OPL chip passthrough - Linux support
* [updated] Parallel Port passthrough and Virtual Printer patch, [new] logging enabled:
o Linux support for parallel port passthrough
o speed up printing to the parallel port passthrough a bit
o support file handle #4 as PRN (fixes programs where the text would be printed on the screen instead of the printer)
o virtual printer: printer margins fixed, new IBM printer commands added, some ESC/P commands added
* [new] Quit on reboot instead of lock/crash
* Serial FIFO support and logging capability enabled
* [new] Increase maximum resolution to 1600x1200, add lot's of highres VESA modes
* [updated] Fixes to S3 resolution handling, enable LDGFXROM
* Fix text mode panning in vgaonly modes
* [new] Windows version released as installer, no more need for collecting files all over the place
* [new] Install package contains HTML documentation
